About me

Working out who might be a good fit for you, as a therapist can be tough.  You may be feeling anxious, unsure about work, or relationships with others, or some parts of your life might feel out of control.  I work compassionately and aim to help you feel safe enough to share what brings you to therapy at this time.  I think that our relationships, contexts, societies, and roles can have a huge impact on how we feel about ourselves and how we believe others may view us.  This in turn can affect our relationships.

I have specialised in relationship therapy as I think the relationships we have, and our contexts, can fundamentally effect how we feel about ourselves and others.  I work collaboratively and aim to help you develop greater compassion both to yourself and others.  Through being able to process your thoughts and feelings with me I would hope that you would improve your emotional wellbeing.

I offer in-person sessions in Balham on Monday afternoon and evenings. I work from 85 Wimpole Street (W1G 9RJ) on Tuesday mornings. I also offer therapy online on Wednesday and Thursday mornings and evenings.
