About me

Starting counselling is an empowering step. I see one of my tasks as helping you to feel at ease, providing you with an intentional space set aside to have a feel of how you're doing and where you're heading in your life.

I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor, registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have experience working with people whose difficulties are around their identities as well as with people whose identities are completely incidental to what they wish to seek support for. I work bilingually in English and Hungarian and call London home for over 9 years now.

Experience and approach

Specific experience and training:

Counselling is a supportive, collaborative and creative process. It is a confidential space where you can feel truly heard. I take a responsible therapeutic stance that everything happens in relation, sensitively noticing how you and I relate supports us in making more sense of how you relate to yourself and others.

I have experience with people whose difficulties are around their identitiesas well as with people whose identities are completely incidental to what they wish to seek support for. I'm passionate about seeing people becoming who they are, and integrating parts of themselves they previously haven't accepted.

I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for good practice and I am bound by the Ethical Code of the Gestalt Centre, London. I attend regular clinical supervision and I'm committed to client confidentiality and continuing professional and personal development. I have experience supporting people in both an organisational setting and in private practice. Outside of private practice, I'm currently involved in research.
