| Experience I have been working with sexual minority clients for over 25 years, most of that time in private practice, although I have also worked in Primary Care and had a decade working with students at two Universities. I've co-edited (with Charles Neal) three volumes of Pink Therapy textbooks, written many other articles, chapters etc. I am also on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Gay and Lesbian Psychotherapy. Click here for a recent article in Out in the City - a monthly gay magazine I have developed and run various courses on sexual minority therapy in the UK and abroad. I am regularly invited to speak about this subject at conferences. I have attended various workshops and seminars on sexual minority therapy, most recently 20 seminars following the issues covered by Pink Therapy volumes 2 and 3, as well as acting as Programme Director for two international conferences on sexual minority therapy which Pink Therapy has run, and being course director for our Essentials in Sexual Minority Therapy programme and our new 1 year Certificate in Clinical Issues in Sexual Minority Therapy. I worked sessionally at PACE as an Initial Consultation Counsellor (for over two years, and ran a supervision group for 18 months) and am currently on their Family Support Project steering group. |
