About me

 

I am an Integrative therapist and some key ways that I work include psychodynamic, person-centred and relational approaches. I am also influenced by body psychotherapy and attachment theory.

Specific experience and training:

 I have a postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from The Minster Centre and am on course to receive an Advanced Diploma and MA in 2020. I have been in training for six years and seeing clients since 2016. I am also committed to Continuing Professional Development and regularly undertake extra training.

 I work with a wide variety of people but am particualrly interested in working with GSRD people (gender, sexual and relationship divierity). In specific, queer people, people who practice non-monogamy/polyamory and who are or have been sex workers.
