These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Pink Therapy Services Limited (Company No. 13801239) and Pink Therapy Training Limited (Company No. 13801188), registered office Tudor House, 16 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ. Both entities are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office and operate under the Pink Therapy brand. Pink Therapy Services Limited covers membership, directory and professional framework services; Pink Therapy Training Limited covers training, CPD, accreditation and events. By engaging with any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide membership and professional framework services, directory listings, and advertising and engagement opportunities. Services may change over time.
Directory listings are subject to eligibility and may be approved, amended or removed. Listings do not guarantee referrals or visibility.
Practitioners are independent professionals, responsible for their own clinical work, safeguarding and compliance. Pink Therapy does not provide therapy, does not regulate practitioners, does not provide clinical governance, and does not access practitioner-client communications.
Fees are payable in full at the point of purchase. Directory subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Where required by law, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. Where services have begun, for example once a listing is published, a proportionate charge may apply.
We provide training and CPD, accreditation and re-accreditation, conferences and events, and digital learning. Accreditation is a professional assessment process, not a guarantee of outcome.
Applications must be complete and accurate, supported by required documentation, and be a true reflection of achieved qualifications and status. We may approve or reject an application, request further information, or require resubmission.
Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. Fees relate to assessment and administration, not to outcome.
Resubmission may be required where standards are not met, and may incur additional fees.
Access to training is typically immediate, may be time-limited, and is personal and non-transferable.
By purchasing training, you agree to immediate service delivery and that cooling-off rights may not apply once access begins. Training is therefore non-refundable once accessed.
Tickets are generally non-refundable, though transfers may be allowed. We may change the format or speakers of an event, or move an event online. Specific conference terms are published separately for each event.
Participants must behave professionally. We may remove participants without refund where necessary.
We may offer discounts on training, event access, or promotional offers. These are discretionary, are not contractual rights, and may change at any time.
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Pink Therapy acts as a data controller; practitioners are independent data controllers for their own clients. See our Privacy Policy for further detail.
Complaints should be submitted in writing. We may review service-related concerns and take action relating to membership or participation. We do not investigate clinical complaints.
Use of the Pink Therapy name, logo or designations is permitted only where accurate and current. You must not misrepresent your status, use our branding after termination or lapsed membership, or imply endorsement. We may withdraw permission at any time.
All materials belong to Pink Therapy. You may not copy or share our content.
Pink Therapy is not responsible for practitioner work, does not provide therapy, and excludes liability for indirect losses where lawful to do so.
Pink Therapy aims to provide clear guidance to support applicants and participants across all services. Individuals are responsible for ensuring that all applications are complete and accurate, and that required information is provided at the point of submission. Guidance is available to support this process.
If you are uncertain about any aspect of an application, booking or service, you are encouraged to seek clarification before submission or purchase. As fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun, failure to obtain clarification in advance may limit our ability to resolve issues.
For training-related questions or directory-related questions, please use our contact form and select the relevant subject from the dropdown.
We may update these Terms at any time.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
